A gorgeous soft cheese only available for a few months of the year.

Perfect for baking, just like a camembert. Put it in the oven for 13-15 minutes or until cheese is hot and softened all the way through. You can even push some garlic cloves into it and drizzle with white wine before it goes into the oven...yum!
