Where do you deliver?

We deliver to London and the South East of England. See map.

**IF YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS IS OUTSIDE THIS AREA, PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO ORDER. WE CANNOT DELIVER TO YOU AT THIS TIME.**

Can we Collect?
Yes, we have a next day Click & Collect service, i.e. You place your order on Monday, it will be ready to collect on Tuesday, between the hours of 10am to 3pm. You will receive an email confirmation with further instructions. Please bring your order confirmation with you (phone or paper).  
**Please do not turn up at the warehouse if you selected 'delivery' as the shipping method at checkout. We will only be able to accommodate customers who selected 'collection' at checkout. Please do not turn up outside the hours of 10am to 3pm unless we have advised you otherwise. Thank you.**
Maximum Order Quantities?
We have set maximum order quantities against every product. This is to ensure we can reach as many people as possible and benefit everyone a little. Please don't panic buy and respect the maximum order levels. We are all in this together!
Minimum Order Value?
There is a £40 minimum order value.
Different Brand?
Due to these unprecedented times and expected challenges with the supply chain and keeping up with demand, we may deliver you a different branded product to the one photographed on the website. 
Delivery Charge?

​There is a flat rate of £5 delivery charge for all orders. Of this, £2.50 will be diverted to local COVID-19 support groups and food banks. We will update on our Facebook page the donation totals. 

When can I expect my order?

If you place your order before 6pm, you will receive it next day, after 6pm will go the following day.

Delivery times are usually between 10am - 3pm. If you have any special delivery instructions or specific concerns, please let us know in the notes section when ordering.

All our drivers are full-time professionals and will maintain social distancing rules when delivering. 

Are your vehicles refrigerated?

​We’re used to delivering to restaurants, pubs, and hotels, so our standards are pretty high. All our vehicles are refrigerated.​

How will I be charged?

Your bank/card statement will show your payment as ‘International’ with the reference ‘albionhome.co.uk’ or 'Elmkind'.

It may show as ‘Luxembourg’ – we’ve built the website very quickly and the web hosting company is based there, we definitely aren’t.

Returns & Refunds

If you’re not happy with anything we deliver, please contact us and we’ll deal with whatever’s not to your satisfaction.​
