Tom’s Pies Chicken, Ham Hock & Leek
Short crust pastry pie with a filling of British chicken, slow cooked British ham hock & leeks in a cream sauce
Ingredients: Water, Wheat Flour, British Chicken (18%), Ham Hock (Pork (97%), Salt, Demerara Sugar, Raising Agent (Sodium Carbonate), Preservatives (Sodium Nitrite, Potassium Nitrite), Antioxidant (Sodium Ascorbate)) (9%), Leeks (6%), N.H Margarine (Vegetable Oil (Sustainable Palm Oil and Rapeseed Oil in varying proportions), Water, Salt, Emulsifier (E471), Natural Flavouring, Colour (E160b, E100)), Milk, Cream (Milk), White Wine, Butter (Milk), Rapeseed Oil, Tapioca Starch, Vegetable Shortening (Palm Oil, Water, Rapeseed Oil, Sunflower Oil, Salt, Lemon Juice) (0.7%), Free Range Egg Yolk, Dijon Mustard, Garlic, Salt, Chicken Stock Base, Lemon Juice, Parsley, Lemon Zest, Xanthan Gum, Thyme, Black Pepper
Defrost before use. Remove all packaging including foil. Place on a baking tray and bake for 18-20 minutes in a preheated 180-190?C oven, until core temperature exceeds 75°C for 30 seconds or equivalent (or apply relevant national equivalent).
